Circular silicone insert leaves the patella free from pressure and provides local relief.
Surrounding profile ring ensures firm control of the patella and reduces medical lateral displacement.
Does not restrict muscle movement.
Moving the knee joint provides massaging effect to the upper recessed and the infra patellar fat pad.
Improves blood flow through the soft tissue of the joint.

Hold the top of support using both hands, one on each side.
Insert foot into support and pull up to the knee.
Be sure the silicone pad is on the kneecap and the medial and lateral stays are on each side of knee.
